Screw compressors with and without receiver by Specialist — a ready-to-use assembly of an oil-filled screw compressor for stationary installation. Designed for high air pressure from 7 to 10 bar (by default), up to 12 bar — on request, and up to 16 bar — maximum for single-stage compression.
We supply screw compressors ready for connection and use.
Compressor management is handled through a controller with a Touch Screen display that supports Cyrillic. By connecting via Wi-Fi, you can view compressor parameters and receive notifications about filter replacement on a mobile device or computer. The housing has dust and moisture protection rating of IP23.
What is the capacity of Specialist screw compressors?
The capacity of any compressor depends on the output air pressure. Use the table to select the SCC-ZA screw compressor with the required power.

What does the Specialist screw compressor consist of?
The SCC-ZA compressor consists of the following main components:
- screw block (pair),
- electric motor with direct drive,
- air-oil separator,
- oil piping system,
- cooling system,
- air piping system,
- electrical control system (controller and built-in electrical cabinet).
Other models are variations of the basic assembly with a receiver, dryer, moisture separators, and/or a frequency drive with a synchronous motor.

How to prepare the SCC-ZA screw compressor for operation?
Let's remind you that we supply screw compressors ready for connection and use. Therefore, commissioning the compressor is very simple. The SCC-ZA compressor should be connected:
- connected to the air pipeline using a pipe with a cylindrical thread (size depends on the model),
- connected to a three-phase AC power network with a voltage of 380 V and a frequency of 50 Hz.
